  • *IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** Please check the current turn around time to ship. If you need it sooner a rush fee will be required.
  • All items are stated as "In-stock" only as a means of purchase, as most items are made to order. Make times are stated on my items and upon purchase of any item(s) you are agreeing to the time frame stated therein.
    Make time, on custom orders, begins AFTER both payment,  and design specifics are received, and does not take into account shipping times.
  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • There is a no return policy on personalized items.
  • If your product comes to you defective, mis-spelled, etc.,  you must contact us within 48 hours to get a replacement.
  • All items under 14 oz. will be shipped First Class Mail via USPS which is generally a 3 - 5 business day time frame. 
  • Once an item is shipped,  I have no control over USPS and their delivery. If there is an issue with the delivery of your item, you must contact your local post office with your tracking information for assistance.
